Check-in/check-out

Check-in from 14:00 to 18:00, or by special arrangement with management. Check-out from 10:00 to 11:00.

A 25% deposit is payable with all reservations prior to arrival. Balance payable in full latest 30 days before arrival.

A booking made 3 days or less before arrival, payable in full.

Free Cancellation: Cancellations can be made free of charge until 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Fee: If canceled within 30 days before arrival guests will be charged the cost of one nights accommodation.

No-Show Policy: If guests do not show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Grace Period: Bookings made and cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival is not subject to any cancellation fees.

Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.
Photo identification and the credit card used for online deposit/payment must be present at check-in.
No parties.
No pets.
No noise between 23:00-07:00
No smoking
Minimum accommodation – 2 nights.

We accept reservations for stays longer than 30 nights at a discounted rate of 40% per night.

By prior arrangement children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Any guests 4 years old and over stay for R180.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

Guests may contact the property directly via the contact details provided on the website.
Guests will receive a booking confirmation which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the booking confirmation on time, please contact management without delay.
Bank certified proof of payment made via bank transfer, and completed booking confirmation must be returned to management prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 24 hours of arrival may be paid on arrival. Booking confirmation must be completed.
Guests are required to provide photo identification and credit card used for online deposit and payment on arrival and check-in.
Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

04-07 July 2024, 20-23 September 2024, 13 December 2024 – 4 January 2025.
